How it works
- One Week Before: We send the office manager an email with details about the upcoming visit, which they forward to employees.
- Final Reminder: A few days before our visit, we send a reminder to forward to employees and a confirmation to those registered.
- Registration: Using a link provided in the emails, employees register their vehicle and select the desired detailing services.
- Drop Off: When they arrive in the morning, employees leave their vehicle and keys with our on-site crew.
- Detailing: Our professional team meticulously cleans each vehicle while the employees work.
- Completion: Once the detailing is complete, we contact the employees to let them know their car is ready for pickup. After falling in love with their vehicle all over again, they pay with a card.

Yes! When multiple employees sign up for detailing services at the office, we provide a base discount of 15% off our retail prices.
It all depends on the number of vehicles, their size, the requested services, and the space available to clean. For most businesses, we can handle 3-6 vehicles in one day. If there is more interest than we can clean in one day, we’ll spread the load out over multiple days.
Our cleaning area needs to be within 100 feet of power and water supply.
Ideally, we want 2 adjacent parking spaces for each vehicle being cleaned at a time. We can shuffle cars during the day, but work more efficiently with more space.
We’re committed to minimizing our impact on the environment, and in most cases can perform a zero-runoff detailing! After we wash the road grime, dirt, and moss off the exterior of a vehicle, we use rinseless chemicals so that we don’t need to wash anything else down the storm drain. These cleaning agents do a great job, and are wiped off with absorbent towels. Those towels are professionally laundered at a facility that ensures those chemicals are sent to a water treatment site and never end up in our streams and watershed.
We generally assume that employees pay for the services (usually with a group discount), while the employer’s role is to provide space and offer the service to their employees. But some employers love using our service as another benefit for their employees! They might subsidize some of the cost for everyone, offer their top salesperson a free detailing, or something else altogether. We’d love to discuss your ideas and figure out a way to make it work!
Some of our equipment, such as pressure washers and vacuum cleaners, can be loud. In most cases, as long as the cleaning area isn’t right next to the work space and the building has moderately good insulation, the noise isn’t disruptive or distracting. If this is a concern, we’re happy to come visit your facility and help identify the right space.
We offer our Signature and FastTrack packages, along with their add-on services. In addition, our Quick Wash service is perfect for someone who needs their car back in an hour or two, and we only offer it in group settings.
Other services, such as paint correction or ceramic coating, are not a good fit for the workplace because they can take an extra long time and we can’t risk overspray from a nearby vehicle ruining the finish.
